You can send a quote request to quotes@elabelsinc.com (please include the following information if possible: quantities, material, finish, what labels are being applied to, and artwork)
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. If cancelled after 24 hours, there will be a percentage charged depending on complexity of order.
Everything depends on the quality of your artwork but typically new orders can take up to 7-12 business days, and repeat jobs 5-7 days. Email us if you need something rush (between 3-5 days).
Illustrator and PDF files. For large files, you can send a WeTransfer link. Please follow the guidelines here on how to prepare files. This will help speed up the process of completing your order.
We offer free deliveries on orders over $1,500. Smaller orders are subject to a delivery fee. We can also ups/fedex your order under your account or use our account and bill you for it. Will Call is also an option if you’re local.
We accept zelle, checks, and ACH. You may pay with a credit card but there’s a 4% processing fee.
We can adjust any current artwork you may have however we are more of a production company. We can connect you with a freelancer we work closely with who can better assist you through your creative process!
Your first order with us must be paid in advance. You can apply for credit terms by filling out a credit application.
Digital works best for smaller runs with multiple sku changes. Flexo is best for longer runs.
